Comcast Corporation recently opened a new Xfinity Store in Olympia. The opening of this store is actually a part of Comcast experience to considerably improve the customer experience. The latest Xfinity Store is located at the Target Place Shopping Center, 2915 Harrison Ave. NW, Ste. 200.
The new store is about 4,600 square feet and it includes five new positions, which means that there will be a total of 12 staffs in the store. Comcast Xfinity customers can visit the new store to pay their bills, get help, clarify their concerns about services, resolve service issues, and experience the latest technologies and products offered by the telecom company.
The officials from Comcast Corporation said at the opening that they are planning to redesign all of the Xfinity stores. They also added that the latest Xfinity service store would be open to customers from 09:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, and from noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sundays.
The previous Xfinity store was located at the 440 Yauger Way SW and it was closed on 8 January 2017. The company had notified their customers about this change through leaflets and posters well before the scheduled opening. The officials from Comcast believe that the opening of the new Xfinity store would help customers to resolve their issues at a much faster rate.
The Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Comcast in Washington, Vicky Oxley said, “We’re proud to provide our customers with a welcoming environment where they can experience our Xfinity products and services firsthand and check out our latest technology in an interactive environment.”
The latest interactive Xfinity store has a comfortable seating area, five flat screen HD TVs, and a number of informational demo centers. Comcast subscribers will be able to learn about the products and services of the provider like the X1 Entertainment Operating System at these demo centers.
The X1 Entertainment Operating System from Comcast provides an excellent interactive TV experience to viewers and it offers incredible features such as personalized recommendations, advanced voice search, and instant access to latest movies and TV shows, anytime and on any screen.
In addition to that, Comcast customers will also receive personalized service from experienced Xfinity employees and many other time saving offers such as a new quieting system and self-service kiosks, which allows quick bill payment.
