Cisco Spark Will Be a Part of CenturyLink’s UC&C Service

One of the best internet providers in the United States of America, CenturyLink® recently announced that they have broadened their hosted Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) service offerings. Reports from several reliable sources indicate that the telecom giant made this move in order to include the Cisco® Spark cloud-based collaboration suite to their UC&C service offerings.

The officials from the telecom company also announced that they have acquired the Cisco® Spark Service Provider (SP) designation. This confirms that the telecom service provider is capable of supporting Cisco® Spark solutions’ entire portfolio.

Lisa Miller, who is the president of wholesale, indirect channels, and alliances, at Cisco®, talked about the addition of Cisco® Spark collaboration suite to their portfolio of UC&C offerings. “Our indirect partners have even more options when it comes to the business communications and collaboration tools they can provide to their customers, she said. “Additionally, CenturyLink’s experience securing one of the world’s largest networks, combined with the company’s communications and cloud expertise, helps ensure that Cisco Spark is secure and reliable.”

The officials from CenturyLink® have also confirmed that they will be providing Spark Call, Spark Message, and Cisco® Spark Meet offerings. According to reports, this suite will enable individuals and teams to call, conference, message, meet, and more regardless of their location.

The Cisco® Spark offerings from CenturyLink® will enable businesses to reduce the complexity of working with multiple vendors considerably. In addition, they will also be able to use a subscription-based purchasing model that provides predictable billing.
